Oval invest in, redevelop, and manage buildings across the UK and every sector, specialising in spaces overlooked by others.

After gaining fame for their work in Digbeth, Birmingham, Oval needed a brand that reflected their new scale and unique ethos. Leading the strategy, my interviews with the team revealed a clear sense of mission: ‘to leave buildings and neighbourhoods better than we found them’.

To achieve their mission, Oval prioritises the tenant experience. No two developments are the same and every decision is considered individually. This is how they ‘make the most of every space’.

Building on our strong positioning, we built a tone of voice that was ambitious yet grounded, modest yet maverick.
