I’m a huge audiobook man, so this was a pleasure.

While at DixonBaxi, I worked with Audible’s in-house team in New York to reimagine the first 60 days of Audible membership. Shifting the brand from ‘audiobook distributor’ to ‘entertainment experience’, we developed a new ToV that was less transactional and more emotional – before letting it loose across the app and beyond.

A curious and empowered tone of voice that builds delight into every step of the listener journey.
